Full payment is charged at the time you place your order, not when your order ships. This confirms your order and allows us to begin processing it right away.

Currency

All prices on our site are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued by a bank outside the U.S. or in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and any related fees — please check with your card provider if you have questions about this.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax requirements. The exact amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, please double-check your card details, billing address, and available balance, then try again. Refunds for approved returns are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return, in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
