If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we reserve the right to cancel that order, whether or not it has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your order is canceled for this reason, we will issue a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, errors in pricing or product information, an item being out of stock, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payment already collected.

We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

8. Promotional Codes and Discounts

From time to time, we offer promotional codes, discount campaigns, or sales. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
  • Promo codes are valid only for the timeframe specified and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders
  • We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any promotion, or to disqualify orders that we determine were placed to exploit or abuse a promotion
  • Discounts and promo codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash

9. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by carrier delays or other factors outside our control. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title for the items pass to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue.
